• Basic up to $3500
• Shop incentive entitlement
• 5 Days (Inlcuding Weekend)
• 44hr per week
• Location: Islandwide

Job Description:

• Achieve sales and quality goals for the store.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to staff.
• Ensure high service standards and give feedback.
• Organize store operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and check deliveries.
• Optimize delivery plans and storage areas.
• Coordinate with management and other departments; provide reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
