We’ve been steadily growing for the past three years, and we are now seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support our management team and help lead our front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the front-of-house team.
• Lead by example, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper set-up and readiness of the restaurant before each service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH.

Team Leadership

• Train, coach, and motivate service staff.
• Allocate tasks and manage section assignments during service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

Administration & Compliance

• Assist in inventory checks for FOH supplies.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Report operational issues and guest feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to handle challenges calmly.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be Singaporean, PR, or LTVP holder.
