Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Service Parts Administrator/Warehouse Admin
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive management of the Service Warehouse, including data entry, monitoring, and maintaining accurate records of service inventory, along with regular housekeeping and stock assessments.
• Facilitate the transfer of parts between the service department and the main warehouse.
• Produce monthly reports for the Service Manager.
• Conduct regular operational checks at the Call Centre.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

• GCE O Levels/Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 is beneficial (training will be provided)
