At Tiong Bahru Bakery, every day starts with the smell of freshly baked croissants and the buzz of a lively café. We’re looking for Service Captains and Service Crew who love hospitality, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a dynamic café team.

What you will do

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and ensure smooth café operations
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every guest
• Support and guide service crew to maintain excellent service standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment

Who we look for 

• Passion for hospitality, café culture, and great food
• Confident working in a fast-paced café environment
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café
• Support teammates to ensure smooth service during busy period

No experience? No problem — training will be provided.
