Position : Service Ambassador – 2 pax

Contract period : 1 year

Salary ranges from $2,800 – $3,800 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:

a. Welcome and engage walk-in customers to understand their needs,

b. Providing clear and concise information regarding the various services offered by the Police Division,

c. Assessing the urgency and nature of inquiries or reports to prioritize assistance accordingly,

d. Directing customers to the respective departments, officers, or resources best suited to address their concerns;

e. Assisting customers in contacting and establishing communication with relevant departments or personnel,

f. Collaborating with existing staff to ensure a seamless service and efficient workflow; and

g. Guide walk-in customers to lodge online police reports on the e-kiosk.

Monday to Fri : 1000-2030

Saturday & Sundays :1000-1600

Individual Weekly Hours:

• 3 working days × 10.5 hours + 2 x 0.5 workday days x 6 hours = 43.5 hours per week
• 3 rest days per week

Rest Days Summary:

• Week 1: SA 1 (Tue, Fri, Sat), SA 2 (Wed, Sat, Sun), SA 3 (Mon, Thu, Sun)
• Week 2: SA 1 (Mon, Thu, Sun), SA 2 (Tue, Fri, Sat), SA 3 (Wed, Sat, Sun)
• Week 3: SA 1 (Tue, Fri, Sun), SA 2 (Mon, Thu, Sat), SA 3 (Wed, Sat, Sun)
