• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Voyage Optimization: Develop and manage voyage-based slot allocations to maximize vessel utilization and profitability through data analysis and market trend monitoring.
• Slot Management: Control all slot activities, including purchasing, selling, and swapping, to ensure optimal vessel loading and cost-efficiency.
• Performance Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly volume, revenue, and budget reports; identify trends and provide actionable insights for trade optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Commercial, Operations, and external partners to align schedules, adjust services, and enhance overall performance.
• Pricing Support: Support the formulation of Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRGs) and evaluate pricing requests to protect route profitability.
• Market Strategy: Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence, define overbooking strategies, and set slot release thresholds.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in container shipping industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Pivot Table & VLOOKUP
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
