Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring of IT Infrastructure Systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems
• Design and perform server and IT security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes
• Implement security systems (Firewall and user access right) and redundant backups to maintain data safety
• Sourcing for vendors and conduct research on software and system products to justify recommendations to support purchasing efforts
• Maintaining documentation which relates to system configuration, mapping, processes and service records
• Monitor and test system performance, prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports
• Provide guidance to System Engineers

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in IT
• Min. 5 years of experience or relevant working experience. Preferable with desktop support experience
• Basic Active Directory, Networking & O365 skill. Candidate with Server, Hyper-V & Firewall knowledge is a plus point
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft Product
• Travel to various location around Singapore
• Able to work independent & multitask
