To involve in the planning and execution of mechanical engineering and construction works for building services.
To assist in prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical works.
Able to liaise both end user customers and vendor and supplier for project coordination.
Onsite support upon customer request if necessary to have first-hand look for project requirement.
Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving site problems
To read and draw technical drawing
petty cash handling
Deploy manpower to the site and record their timings
Support safety team and management team
Emergency response regardless of time
Material Procurement
Assist Manager in Project Integration
Strong analytical, Problem solving & Decision Making Skill
