Job Summary

Lead site operations by preparing bar bending schedules, coordinating with main contractors on site and drawing matters, assigning tasks, and guiding workers in reinforcement, formwork, and casting activities to ensure efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bar bending schedules to support accurate reinforcement work planning
• Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate effectively with the Main Contractor on site and drawing-related issues to resolve discrepancies
• Assign specific duties to workers to optimize team productivity and task completion
• Lead and supervise workers performing reinforcement, formwork, and casting tasks to maintain quality and safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the related industry to demonstrate deep technical knowledge and leadership skills
• Demonstrate responsibility and teamwork to foster a collaborative and reliable work environment

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm; Sunday as necessary
