Role Overview:

Project Director to lead and oversee high-value, iconic construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, deep industry experience, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

• Provide overall leadership and direction for large-scale, high-profile projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning to handover.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and profitability.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

• Develop and implement strategic project plans, risk management strategies, and contingency plans.

• Drive innovation and value engineering initiatives to maximize efficiency and quality.

• Represent the company in board-level discussions, client presentations, and industry forums as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects

• Proven experience delivering iconic or complex developments (commercial, residential, mixed-use, or landmark projects).

• Solid commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; professional accreditation preferred.
