Job Summary

FORSEED CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Education Programmes & Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of the company's education consulting and programme portfolio. This is a senior-level role responsible for education programme strategy, client advisory, strategic partnerships, stakeholder management and business development. The successful candidate will work with students, families, education institutions and external partners to develop and deliver education solutions in Singapore and regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of education consulting services and programmes to meet client and market needs
• Design education solutions and pathways tailored to students, families, and institutional partners to enhance learning outcomes
• Provide senior-level advisory on education pathways, programme selection, and student development to guide client decisions
• Establish and manage strategic relationships with schools, education providers, community organisations, and business partners to expand programme reach
• Identify and develop new business, programme, and partnership opportunities in Singapore and regional markets to drive growth
• Lead the creation and delivery of enrichment, language, cultural, and student development programmes aligned with client needs
• Oversee programme implementation, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure high service quality and positive client experience
• Manage key client and partner relationships, resolving complex programme and stakeholder issues to maintain satisfaction
• Monitor education sector developments and translate emerging trends into innovative programmes and service offerings
• Support senior management in shaping the company’s education strategy, partnership network, and regional expansion plans

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in education services, consulting, programme development, client management, or market development
• Strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape and education pathways
• Demonstrated experience in education programme development and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to work effectively with students, families, education institutions, and education service providers
• Proven experience in business development, market development, or strategic partnership development
• Strong client relationship management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently lead multiple programmes and manage complex stakeholder relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Professional training or qualifications in education, early childhood education, teaching, or related disciplines
• Experience in international education services, student and family advisory, enrichment or cultural education programmes
• Experience with cross-border education initiatives or development of education services for international families
