We are seeking a motivated professional to support the digital and sustainable transformation of the manufacturing sector. The role involves engaging manufacturing companies to identify key operational challenges and workforce capability gaps, and translating these needs into targeted training programmes and pilot projects supported by government initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage manufacturing companies to identify transformation needs, problem statements, and workforce skills gaps.

• Support development of training programmes and pilot proof-of-concept projects addressing Industry 4.0 and sustainability challenges.

• Build partnerships with manufacturers, industry associations, and training providers.

• Promote workforce upskilling initiatives aligned with advanced manufacturing trends.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Business, or related fields.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or industry engagement roles.

• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies (automation, robotics, AI, digitalisation).

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.

• Passion for industry transformation and workforce development.
