We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to support client reporting and statement initiatives within a leading financial services environment. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations teams to translate wealth management requirements into functional solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management products, client statement reporting, and core banking platforms such as Avaloq or Temenos T24, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Engage with business stakeholders including Relationship Managers (RM), Investment Managers, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to gather and analyse requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Support the design and enhancement of client statements and reporting frameworks within wealth management systems.

• Analyse data related to trades, positions, and portfolios to ensure accurate client reporting.

Wealth Management Platform Support

• Work closely with technology teams supporting Avaloq or Temenos T24 platforms.

• Ensure wealth product data and lifecycle events are correctly reflected in client statements.

• Facilitate functional testing and support UAT cycles.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.

• Coordinate discussions across product, technology, compliance, and operations teams.

• Ensure requirements are clearly documented and delivered within project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience within financial services.

• Strong domain knowledge of Wealth Management products, including:

  • Equities

  • Bonds

  • Funds

  • FX

  • Structured Products

• Experience with core banking platforms such as Avaloq or Temenos T24.

• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, positions, and client reporting structures.

• Experience working with client statements or wealth reporting systems.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
