Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical solutions for inverters and drives.
• Perform site troubleshooting and low-voltage drive commissioning.
• Organize in-house technical trainings for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Conduct technical trainings and seminars at consultants’ and end-users’ premises.
• Assist the sales team in regional distribution network expansion.
• Compose bills of materials based on tender specifications.
• Provide responsive customer support, understanding technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions to strengthen relationships.
• Conduct market studies and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Prepare technical manuals and articles, and maintain a technical database.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling low-voltage electrical products such as drives, motors, and PLCs.
• Knowledge and experience with VFDs.
