We are looking for a responsible and motivated Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients from various industries.

Job Description

• Manage full set of accounts for assigned clients
• Responsible for reviewing reports and liaise with clients
• Perform AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation and month-end closing
• Prepare and review accounting work, schedules, GST filings, and financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Support the seniors with ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Minimm 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably with prior experience in a accounting firm
