Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to decide if referred cases are suitable for the department.
• Identify situations where clients may be at risk and come up with plans to keep them safe and support their well-being.
• Write and submit case reports on time.
• Take part in roadshows and other community outreach events when needed.
• Make regular home visits and provide support to ensure the placement keeps the client safe.
