Duration: 6 month contract | West

Responsibilities:

• Manage administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and sponsorship programmes.
• Coordinate events like roadshows, scholarship talks, and the Healthcare Scholarship Fair.
• Support candidate selection, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Track scholarship placements and funding across Institutions.
• Liaise with MOHH, Institutions, and external partners on scholarship matters.
• Support Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, student outreach, or talent development is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborative, mission-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
