Job Description:

· Support Tender Manager to develop comprehensive BMS estimation which includes preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage

· Understand technical drawings and specification requirements

· Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them

· All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· At least Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering Discipline

· Preferably some technical knowledge of BMS System, Mechanical/ACMV related System

· Good communication skills and able to speak English well

· Well versed with Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Canvas

· Team player

· Able to prioritizes, organized and multitasking

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
