Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in assigned supermarkets, retail stores, and pharmacies
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and stock levels on shelves
• Negotiate for shelf space, displays, and in-store promotional placements
• Execute and monitor competitor trade promotions and merchandising activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities
• Ensure planogram compliance and attractive product displays
• Educate store staff on product features and selling points
• Achieve monthly Sales targets
• Adaptive & Positive Mindset & Independent

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level
• 1–3 years’ sales experience in FMCG /Retail environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven,and able to work independently
• Willing to travel to assigned outlets
