• Position: Sales Manager (Water Heater/HVAC)
• Location: Paya Lebar (walking distance from Macpherson MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 day work week
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Profit-Based Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Water Heater Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote our premium products to architects, M&E consultants, facility managers, and IDs
• Develop strong sales relationships in landed homes and luxury condo renovation projects
• Identify and pursue replacement opportunities in hotels, F&B outlets, and institutions
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales experience in building services, HVAC, or water heating solutions
• Possess strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Independent, motivated, and driven to meet targets
