Job Description:
- Customer Relationship Management: Support sales to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Event Coordination: Plan and support customer invitation and engagement activities for marketing events to enhance customer involvement and brand awareness.
- Sales KPI Management: Assist in setting, tracking, and achieving sales targets (KPI); analyze performance data regularly.
- Project Operations Management: Support projects operation, ensuring effective execution to meet business objectives.
- To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team
Skills / Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT project financial control, sales-to-cash cycle management, or sales operations.
- Relevant experience in sales management, customer operations, or project management are preferred.
- Proven track record in budget planning, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for large-scale projects or business units.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
