Job Description:

• Maximize and sustain ongoing growth in revenue and profitability.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve the overall customer experience.
• Create and implement strategic plans for designated customer accounts.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date account data is maintained in the CRM system to support KPI analysis.
• Proactively advocate for e-commerce and digital tools to support the digital transformation initiatives.
• Support and carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping/Logistics-related disciplines.
• Working experience in Freight Forwarding, Container shipping industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
