1. Sales Administration Support

• Assist Sales team in preparing quotations and sales contracts
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system
• Prepare Proforma Invoices and follow up on order confirmations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records

2. Import & Export Documentation

• Prepare and verify trade documents including:
• Ensure accuracy of HS codes, product descriptions and shipment details
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines on shipment bookings

3. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Arrange local deliveries and export shipments
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on cargo status
• Liaise with warehouse team on loading schedules and packing requirements
• Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to customers

4. Payment & Compliance Support

• Assist in checking Letter of Credit (LC) terms and document requirements
• Coordinate with finance department on payment follow-ups (TT / LC)
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company procedures

5. Internal Coordination

• Communicate with suppliers regarding shipment readiness
• Support sales team with documentation requests
