Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management teams.

• Conduct site assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.

• Collaborate closely with technical and service teams to ensure effective project execution and high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, or service-related roles are welcome.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Class 3 driving licence and own car are a plus but not required.
