Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support our brand presence in the property and financial services space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into results.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Identify and engage potential clients who require home loans, refinancing, or mortgage advice
• Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into appointments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, developers, and referral partners
• Understand clients’ financial situations and arrange consultations with Mortgage Consultants
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Execute online and offline marketing campaigns to generate mortgage leads
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Assist in organizing property seminars, roadshows, and client events
• Support digital marketing initiatives including ads, email marketing, and landing pages
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
• Ensure a smooth handover of clients to Mortgage Consultants
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all touchpoints

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Prior experience in sales, property, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing tools
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred
