Job Scope – Florist Assistant / Shop Support (Part-Time)

1. Manning the Flower Shop – Attend to walk-in customers, assist with basic enquiries, and keep the shop tidy and welcoming.

2. Handling Cash Transactions – Operate the cash register, manage payments, and ensure accuracy in daily sales recording.

3. Opening & Closing the Shop – Responsible for unlocking and locking up, switching on/off lights and equipment, and ensuring shop security.

4. Maintaining Flowers & Plants – Water, trim, and check the freshness of flowers and plants daily; discard wilted items.

5. Assisting Florist in Daily Tasks – Help with wrapping, arranging flowers, and preparing materials for bouquets or event orders.
