About Kinu Supply
Kinu Supply is a design-forward, illustrated pet merchandise brand made for the humans who carry their pet's identity with them. Our name combines "kin" and "inu" (Japanese for dog), and everything we make comes back to that idea of kinship. From our breed-specific tees to our growing range of lifestyle pieces, we design merch that pet lovers actually want to wear, not just cute novelty items.

As we grow our retail presence, product lines, and pop-up calendar, we're looking for someone who loves the brand as much as we do to help run the day-to-day and shape how Kinu Supply shows up online and in person. One day you might be planning the content behind a product launch; the next, you're packing orders or chatting with customers at a pop-up booth.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Content

• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that builds engagement and drives sales
• Host occassional TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell our products on camera
• Plan and run campaigns around product launches, pop-ups, and promotions
• Support email and Shopify marketing, including newsletters and product announcements
• Respond to emails, DMs, and comments promptly and in the Kinu Supply voice

Retail & Events

• Help conceptualise, plan, and execute pop-ups and events
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and venue partners so everything runs smoothly on the ground
• Represent the brand at pop-up booths and connect directly with our community

Merchandise & Operations

• Manage inventory, stock counts, and warehouse organisation
• Pack and fulfil online and wholesale orders accurately and on time
• Handle order processing and customer service across our online store and marketplaces
• Support day-to-day Shopify backend and stock admin

Cross-Brand Support

• Kinu Supply and our sister brand Studio Kinu (family and lifestyle photography) share one roof and one team, so you may occasionally support Studio Kinu with client or event coordination during peak periods

Who You Are

• You genuinely love Kinu Supply, and you can tell us which design is your favourite and why
• You have a creative mind full of ideas for content, campaigns, and events
• You're comfortable on camera and excited to host TikTok Lives
• You know your way around Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook formats; basic photo and video editing skills are a plus
• You're organised and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to stock and order accuracy
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
• You stay calm and keep multitasking when a pop-up gets busy or a launch goes live
• You're comfortable with light physical work like lifting a carton of drinks, with the occasional heavier lift (with help) when new stock arrives

Bonus Points

• Experience with TikTok Shop / Seller Centre (listings, Live setup, orders)
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce and inventory systems (training provided if not)
• You're a pet parent, or at least comfortable around dogs

The Details

• 5-day work week including at least one weekend day (ideally both), plus occasional event dates
• We're open to discussion for candidates with a strong track record, so don't let the range stop you from applying if you have the experience to back it up.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore
