Responsibilities

• Supervise bus depot building projects to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards, leveraging experience to drive project quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, including the Land Transport Authority (LTA), to align project execution with regulatory requirements.
• Manage shift-based work schedules effectively to maintain continuous project progress and meet deadlines.
• Oversee site operations at project locations, ensuring adherence to work hours and safety protocols.

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in bus depot / industrial building projects, preferably with exposure to LTA projects.
• Hold a diploma in civil or structural engineering, or a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent.
• Maintain accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS).
• Commit to working shift schedules as required.
