Job Summary

You will lead and supervise noise barrier installation projects, ensuring compliance with statutory codes and quality standards. Collaborate with Qualified Persons (QP(S)) and Senior Resident Engineers (SRE) to monitor project progress and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site supervision activities for noise barrier installation projects to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Monitor and inspect construction works as directed by QP(S) to maintain quality control and compliance with statutory codes
• Apply civil and structural engineering expertise to resolve on-site technical issues and support construction administration
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to document project status and compliance
• Organize and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and maintain effective communication among stakeholders
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold safety and regulatory standards on site

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience as a civil and structural engineer, including at least two (2) years supervising noise barrier installation projects, preferably in LTA projects
• Civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
