In-Scope Platforms:

• CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) – On-premise and SaaS
• RSA Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly system health checks to ensure optimal performance of CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA platforms.
• Conduct general administration and maintenance of the platforms.
• Execute system patching and updates for CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA applications or appliances.
• Respond to system alerts and errors, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of users and accounts within CyberArk PAM and RSA MFA systems.
• Deploy out-of-the-box CyberArk plug-ins and connectors as required.
• Develop custom connectors for applications not supported natively by CyberArk.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities; for any work performed outside office hours, compensatory off-in-lieu leave will be provided.

Other Terms

• The Resident Engineer will be entitled to Singapore statutory annual leave and medical leave in accordance with local employment regulations.
