organ Mckinley is seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to support their ongoing academic projects for professional learning and programs. This full-time temporary role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in education research and data analysis.

Contract Period: 13 October 2025 - March 2026, renewable!
• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM / Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
• Workdays: 5 days per week onsite
• Work Location: Western Region of Singapore (Nearest MRT station - Pioneer and Boon Lay)

Who We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Atleast 3-5 or more years of relevant experience in academic research: literature database searches, summarizing scholarly articles, and drawing evidence-based conclusions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and familiar with research platforms like SPSS and Qualtrics
• Experienced in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis within educational contexts
• Comfortable working collaboratively on pilot studies, coding qualitative data, and conducting initial statistical reviews
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies

• Master’s degree in Education, Evaluation, or Social Sciences is a strong advantage

Responsibilities
• Review academic literature and prepare research summaries for internal use
• Coordinate with study participants and manage communications
• Collect data through structured surveys and interviews
• Conduct basic statistical analysis and interpret findings
• Analyze qualitative responses from surveys and interviews
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing meeting minutes and project reports
• Support the Principal Investigator and research team with additional study-related duties as needed
