This role mainly oversees supply chain operations of Europe and Singapore with strong focus on inventory level control and logistics management, requiring biomedical/medical device industry experience and coordination with China HQ, EU affiliates.

3. Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

A. Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership / 供应链战略与领导

Ø Develop and lead supply chain strategy across EU, China, SG.

制定并领导覆盖欧洲、中国及新加坡的全球供应链战略。

Ø Support supply chain design for expansion, regulatory needs, and new markets.

推动供应链体系建设，支持业务扩张、法规要求及新市场进入。

Ø Lead inventory planning, distribution models, logistics optimisation, and forecasting.

主导库存规划、配送模式、物流优化及需求预测。

B. European Supply Chain & Inventory Management / 欧洲供应链与库存管理

Ø Oversee inventory across Europe ensuring optimal stock and serving levels.

管理欧洲多个国家的库存水平，确保供应稳定及供应水平。

Ø Ensure EU GDP(Good Distribution Practice) compliance.

确保遵守欧盟 GDP（良好分销规范 / 物流管理规范）。

Ø Monitor batch traceability, temperature control, and product safety.

监控批次追踪、温控要求及产品安全。

Ø Coordinate with EU logistics partners, distributors, warehouses, and 3PLs(third-Party Logistics Providers).

协调欧洲物流商、分销商、仓库及第三方物流。

C. End-to-End Supply Chain Operations / 端到端供应链运营管理

Ø Manage global logistics(mainly Europe and SG), customs, compliance, and cross-border movement.

管理全球(主要为欧洲、新加坡)物流、清关、合规及跨境运输。

Ø Lead demand planning and supply continuity.

主导需求规划并确保供应连续性。

Ø Develop mitigation strategies for disruptions or regulatory issues.

制定应对供应中断、生产延期及法规问题的策略。

D. Stakeholder Collaboration / 跨部门、团队协作

Ø Coordinate production, exports, consolidation data with China HQ.

与中国总部协调生产计划、出口及汇总信息。

Ø Lead EU teams on fulfilment and warehouse ops.

带领欧洲团队协调供应履行、效率及仓储。

Ø Collaborate with Europe/SG/China QA/QC, Sales, Finance, Legal team & etc.

与欧洲/新加坡/中国质量、销售、财务、法务及其他团队保持合作。

E. Process Improvement & Compliance / 流程优化与合规管理

Ø Build and optimise SOPs of supply chain and invenotry management

建立并优化供应链及库存SOP。

Ø Ensure compliance with HAS(Health Sciences Authority), EU EMA-(European Medicines Agency) and and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

确保符合新加坡 HAS(新加坡卫生科学局)、欧洲 EMA(欧洲药品管理局) 及其他适用监管机构的要求。

Ø Drive cost optimisation maintaining service and quality.

推动成本优化同时保持质量与效率。

3. Requirements / 任职要求

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.

供应链、物流相关专业本科及以上。

Ø 8–12 years supply chain experience with leadership roles.

8–12年供应链经验，具管理经验。

Ø Must have EU supply chain management experience.

必须具备欧洲供应链管理经验。

Ø Experience in Biomedical or Medical Devices/Equipment Industry is preferred.

具备生物医药或医疗器械行业经验者优先。

Ø Experience with multi-country inventory flows.

熟悉多国库存及跨境流程。

Ø Strong leadership and cross-regional coordination.

具领导能力及跨区域协调能力。

Ø Knowledge of GDP, cold-chain, traceability.

熟悉GDP、冷链物流、批次追踪等。

Ø Proficient in ERP, supply systems, analytics.
