Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and ASEAN region to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients, distributors, and project partners.
• Promote and position company products to targeted customer groups and decision makers.
• Establish and grow partner sales channels to increase regional market share.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to support business strategy.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver sales training and support to partners where required.
• Track performance against sales targets, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide business updates to management.
• Develop annual business plans and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
• Travel frequently within the region to support business growth and partner engagement.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree holders with at least 5 years of experience in business development, account management or specification sales
• Proven success in channel development and managing key accounts
• Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within ASEAN countries
