Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of real asset markets
• Maintain and update database of properties/facilities
• Review news articles and reports in assigned regional markets
• Develop expertise in assigned regional markets
• Exposure to key asset class

Requirements:

• Pursuing or attained a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Economics / Business or similar
• Critical thinking and analytical skills for researching and analysing data
• Interest in real estate, finance, economic and/or technology issues

Other Information:

• Location: Remote
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (Flexible/Part-time; 8 hours a day; pro-rated if <8 hours)
• Internship allowance will be provided
