About the Role:

We are seeking an insightful and detail-oriented Real Estate Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, product development and testing, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions and product improvements in the real estate sector. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will help shape our offerings, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement.
• Be responsible for product development pipeline and QA/testing, including generating product ideas/features and stand-up calls with developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to define product strategies and objectives.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize product features and functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies impacting the real estate market.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in product management or a similar role within the real estate industry a plus.
