- Assist/Guide customers to create ID
- Assist/Guide customers to download App +
- Assist to show customers on how to maneuver the App +
- Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite
- Assist/Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q
- Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction
- Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups
- Assist customers with all other queries when approached by customers
Working hours: Any 5 days in a week (Mon-Sun), 11am-8pm or 12pm - 9pm (Retail Hours)
