Job Overview

• We are looking for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor with Project Documentation to manage both commercial and project documentation functions. This role is ideal for candidates who can handle quotations, claims, and contract matters, while also taking ownership of technical and safety documentation submissions such as Method of Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Cost Management

• Prepare and submit quotations and cost estimates
• Handle progress claims, payment response and final accounts
• Track project costs and support budget control
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

Project Documentation

• Prepare and submit Method of Statements (MOS)
• Develop and maintain Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
• Ensure compliance with main contractor, client, and WSH requirements
• Coordinate and follow up on all technical submissions and approvals

Coordination & Administration

• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain proper records of drawings, contracts, and submissions
• Support site team with documentation and reporting
• Attend site meetings when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (subcontractor experience preferred)
• Familiar with claims, VO, and basic contract administration
• Experience or exposure to MOS, RA, SWP preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Singapore WSH / MOM requirements

• Experience working with main contractors’ submission systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Remuneration Details:

• Monthly salary $3,200 - $4,200 (EP / S Pass)
• 5-day / 5.5-day work week
• 38 days Leave per year (Annual Leave 14 days + Sick Leave 14 days + 10 days Casual Leave)
• Year-end bonus guaranteed
