About the Company

Our Client are a reputable General Builder delivering high-quality construction projects across Singapore. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
• Measure and value completed work; prepare progress claims and variation orders.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with project agreements.
• Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant QS experience in construction projects (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered for junior roles).
• Knowledge of BCA tender procedures and construction contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with cost estimation software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
