You will be assisting our Director in the pre and post contract stage, procurement and . In addition, you will also be involved in budgeting, controlling of cost, processing of claims, contract payments, settlement of final accounts and variation orders.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost savings and risks
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
• Provide regular financial reporting and cost analyses to project managers and senior leadership
• Assist in the preparation of contract variations, claims, and final accounts
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software, such as Causeway and Conquest
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to communicate in mandarin with vendors
