responsible for managing contract administration, cost control, and payment processes for foundation and marine works. The position involves preparing claims, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring accurate measurements and timely submissions to maximize project value.

draft contractual letters and submit claims on time.
prepare and follow up on payment applications and final accounts.
issue work orders, process sub-contractor payments, and close accounts.
ensure accurate and complete measurement of works.
submit insurance claims promptly with full details.
knowledge and skills
degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
2–3 years’ experience in foundation or marine works.
detail-oriented and self-driven.
proficient in Microsoft Office.
willing to travel across Singapore.
