Job Responsibilities:

• Administer ACMV/Electrical tenders including cost estimation, technical proposals, and submission coordination.
• Source and follow up with suppliers/sub-contractors to gather quotations and ensure timely costing input.
• Take off quantities from drawings, prepare costing summaries, and manage all tender-related documentation.
• Identify scope of work and commercial risks, and study tender addenda to ensure accuracy of proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing trends and ensure competitive yet compliant tender submissions.
• Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews as required.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years & above of related experience in M&E construction industry
• Singaporean ONLY
