You'll be responsible for the below:

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Handle sourcing and purchase administration ie issue PO and goods receiving using ERP
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance reports.
• Prepare work orders for inhouse production
• Monitor in-house inventory movement and planning of material for production use and trading
• Prepare monthly stock review based on firm orders and forecast data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement/operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
• Experience in using ERP system
