Information:

• Salary range: $3,000 - $4,500 Basic + $220 Site allowance + $30 Laundry Allowance
• Working Location & hours: Jurong Island, Mon-Fri, 8am - 4.30pm
• Company transport provided at Jurong East
• Interview to be conducted at Jurong Island

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory movement across internal & external warehouses.
• Coordinate with departments/warehouse contractors to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Plan & process customers' PO for container loading, and attention to specific customer requirements.
• Conduct annual physical stock-takes and reconcile results with system records.
• Review, verify weekly & monthly stock balance reports for warehouses' location & resolve discrepancies.
• Quarterly visits to external warehouses to inspect storage conditions and product quality.
• Plan procurement of sub-raw materials and packing materials based on consumption forecasts.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Office, inventory management systems and good coordination skills
• Familiar with ISO standards and audit processes.
