Job Description
The Project Procurement, Commercial & Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing and processing of various payment documents relating to vendors, clients and employees.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manages and processes a variety of payment documents, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payment processing for vendors, clients, and employees.
- Coordinates treasury operations, including liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, foreign currency transactions, and banking relationships.
- Prepares and reconciles financial reports, maintains procurement records, and provides data to support business decisions and cost optimization.
- Monitors contract deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics, maintaining organized documentation and supporting audits.
- Collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve financial or contract-related issues and ensures effective and compliant process execution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain and finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude towards work, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent organizational skills.
