We are currently looking for an experienced event manager to help us maintain our reputation for memorable events by managing the execution from conception through completion.

The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, detail oriented and dedicated to providing superb client service at every turn. The role demands a competence in all aspects of event planning and management, including thematic conceptualisation, budget containment, venue scouting, a keen knowledge in equipment and logistics and a wealth of best practices. S/He will also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities within the team to meet quality expectations. The best fit for our company is an Event Manager who can manage the daily details with big-picture thinking to ensure truly unique experiences

Here are our requirements:

· Possesses minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business Management, or related disciplines.

· Proficient in software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

· Able to provide creative concepts for event look and feel, event programming etc.

· Should be time orientated and able to meet deadlines.

· Able to multitask whilst being detail oriented.

· Able to lead a team in conceptualising, coordinating and executing bespoke events

· Eager to learn for we are all creatures of knowledge.

· Fluent in English.

It will be an advantage if the applicant is:

· Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD

· Bilingual
