Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for in-depth exploration and follow-up on potential data business needs, capable of independently drafting proposals and providing service introductions to clients;

2) Responsible for the entire data project delivery process, accurately assessing/following up on the delivery quality, timeline, cost, and risks of the project;

3) Design project processes, implementation plans, and supplier reward and penalty rules rationally, establish a team to drive execution, promptly identify various risks and obstacles in project delivery and provide solutions, take proactive actions, and achieve quality, schedule, and cost control targets beyond expectations;

4) Enhance project operational efficiency by identifying issues in business processes and proposing reasonable optimization suggestions; establish a delivery methodology to improve business processing efficiency from project planning and data collection to final delivery;

5) Responsible for organizing operational analysis at various project milestones and conducting post-project reviews, analyzing business data to provide clients with decision-making guidance and support.

Job Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience in project delivery management, and familiarity with data collection standards and AI industry projects is preferred;

2) Possess a deep understanding and cognition of the data industry, with priority given to candidates who have relevant experience in large model sampling and standardization;

3) Clear thinking, strong logic, and excellent learning and communication skills;

4) Strong analytical and adaptability skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in response to various project scenarios;

5) Possess certain negotiation skills and be capable of discussing various aspects related to projects with clients, suppliers, and others.
