Miracles Design Consultants Pte Ltd is an interior design firm that provides a holistic and integrated array of services—from space planning to construction. We offer creative and innovative design solutions across the sectors of commercial offices, retail, and hospitality.

Fluency in conversational and written English is essential, as we work with a diverse, multilingual team and clientele.

Job Description 

1.      Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient execution across all phases.

2.      Oversee comprehensive project planning, including quotation and cost proposal preparation, design coordination, and the allocation of internal and external resources.

3.      Responsible for material sourcing and cost control from project proposal through to final handover.

4.      Lead the full cycle of project implementation and management, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

5.      Liaise professionally with clients, designers, and contractors across all project stages, maintaining clear and effective communication.

6.      Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills; capable of working independently and as a collaborative team member on multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Requirements

2.     High standards of integrity and technical competence; able to work independently, take initiative, and be results-oriented.

3.     Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4.     A collaborative team player with a keen desire to learn, contribute, and grow with the company.

5.     IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

6.     Solid understanding of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

7.     2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred; however, fresh Polytechnic or University graduates with a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.

8.     Possession of own transport is an added advantage.

9.     Bilingual in English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
