• Position Title: Project Engineer (Renovation / Fit-Out)
• Working Location: Tampines West
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday, 9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and renovation drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
• Plan, design, and manage renovation or refurbishment projects, focusing on safety, quality, and structural integrity.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design and technical issues.
• Prepare technical specifications, material lists, and cost estimates; support tendering and variation orders.
• Supervise on-site works to ensure workmanship, adherence to specifications, and workplace safety.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, issue reports, and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables align with client and regulatory requirements.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ experience in renovation, or related works; painting/redecoration background is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, BCA regulations, and safety standards.
• Able to read drawings, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit or similar software; costing/estimation knowledge is a plus.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for site inspections and handle supervision.
