Our Client, a well-known e-Commerce solutions company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including preparation, tracking, and filing of records.
• Coordinate and follow up on project sign-off processes to ensure timely approvals.
• Oversee timesheet submission and tracking to support accurate project reporting.
• Provide on-the-ground/local support for project documentation and coordination activities.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of administrative applications (e.g., government grants and permits), requiring strong written communication skills.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Report directly to the PMO team, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the local Admin Director.
• Demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong problem-solving abilities in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Must have experience in grant applications (both internal and client submissions)
• Familiarity with IT/Software project processes and coordination is essential.
• Chinese-speaking work environment
• Candidates should be adaptable and willing to provide support in the warehouse when there are no active project tasks.
