We’re looking to add a Supply Chain Program Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at AngMo Kio.

As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will:

• Work closely with customers in production forecast and order together with Venture factory program team.  Ensure on-time delivery of orders from Venture factories. Main interface with customer in production phase till product EOL with factory program team support.
• Manage supply & demand together with planning forming the integral link between customers and Venturefactories.
• Work with factories to managed material inventories & material risk. Escalate and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.  Ensure timely reporting from operation/factories to meet deliverables in Supply Agreement and/or specific requirement aligned with customers.
• Design, develop and establish metrics to monitor, analyze and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance. 
• Champion of Product Life Cycle Management and meeting ISO requirement.
• Drive cost out of supply chain, from supplier management to lean initiatives in factory.
• Develop quality matrix to ensure quality products at all times. Work with various stakeholders for quality issue resolution to minimize impact to deliveries to customers.
• Involved in Product pricing quotation& negotiation process.
• Provide leadership in resolving all issues with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply ChainManagement, Engineering, or other technical field from an accrediteduniversity.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years' relevantexperience.
• Familiarity with Supply ChainManagement concepts, e.g., forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics.Factory operation management is a plus.
• Good understanding oftechnical/engineering requirement.
• Equipped with excellent ProjectManagement skill.
• Ability to work independently andagile. A self-starter, a good team builder with good organizational abilities.
• Contract manufacturer management experience
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• Highly customer service oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Overseas travel is/may be required.
